Charles Manford Gregory

Mr. Charles Manford Gregory, Sr., age 72 of Rome passed away on May 2, 2015.

Manford was born in Rome on January 27, 1943 and attended Johnson School. He was a member of and employed through the Atlanta Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union #72 until his retirement and was a member of Mizpah United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents James and Rachel Fincher Gregory and the mother of his children, Carolyn Crowe Gregory.

He is survived by his children Chuck Gregory, Michelle (Shane) Maynor, and grandsons Cody West and Drake Maynor; his companion, Jewel Eury and her children Beth Allen, Deana (Charlie) Henderson; and her grandchildren Karlie Allen, Melanie and Teresa Henderson; and sisters, Chiquita Silvey, Clarissa Harris and Chevelle Durrance. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Mizpah Methodist Church in Manford's Memory, 4053 Kingston Hwy. NE, Kingston, GA 30145.
