Daniel Ray Ingram, age 42, of #21 Southern Woods Drive, Armuchee, died Tuesday morning, May 27th, 2008 at a local hospital.
A native of Floyd County, Daniel was born on September 4th, 1965 the son of Beatrice Vinyard Ingram and the late Herman Ingram. He had spent his entire life in Floyd county and was an active member and of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Calhoun. Daniel was a 1984 graduate of Armuchee High School and was associated with Gerdau Ameristeel of Cartersville, Georgia.
Survivors include his wife, Sara R. Ingram to whom he was married on November 4th, 2007; 1 daughter, Hanna Ingram of Armuchee; 3 step-daughters, Brittany Weatherby, Jessica Warren and Hunter Wyatt all of Rome; 2 step-grandsons and 2 step-grandaughters, his mother, Beatrice Ingram of Armuchee; 1 sister, Annette Lively of Armuchee; 1 brother, Stephen Ingram of Calhoun; a grandmother, Ruth Ingram of Summerville, GA. Nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Daniel Ray Ingram will be held on Friday afternoon, May 30th, 2008, at 2 o'clock at the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Calhoun with Pastor Jan White officiating. Interment to follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens, Rome. Daniel will lie-in-state at the church on Friday from 1 until 2 o'clock.
Daniel will remain at Fred Talley's Parkview Chapel where the family will receive friends this (Thursday) evening from 5 until 8 o'clock. At other hours they will be at the residence.
The following will serve as active pallbearers, Gary Yarbrough, Steve Case, Stephen Ingram, Lavonne Thomas, Scott Kinsey, Eric Mosley and Terry Lively.
