Wanda Jean Brown

Mrs. Wanda Jean Brown, age 62, of Cedar Bluff, AL, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022.

Wanda was born on January 11, 1960 in Chattanooga, TN to her late parents: Marvin and Betty Jones Echols. Wanda worked as a cosmetologist for years and owner her own beauty shop where she served many people. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting, spending time with her children and family and being outdoors at the lake. Mrs. Brown was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lee Echols.

She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Alden M. Brown, three sons: Mike and his wife Shauna Echols of Tuscaloosa, AL, Mark Pitt of Jasper, GA, Alden Brown II, and his fiancé, Crystal Garrett of Cedar Bluff, AL; sister, Barbara and her husband Wayne Wagner of Cartersville, GA; brother, James and his wife Joyce Echols of Buchanan, GA; grandchildren, Christopher, Dylan, Meghan, Morghan, Hope and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of life will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 1:00 PM CST at the family's residence.
