Belinda Yvonne Skinner

Mrs. Belinda Yvonne Skinner, age 62, of Kingston, GA, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020.

Belinda was born in Rutherford, NC, on February 10, 1958, daughter of the late Fred and Betty Jo Allen Burke. She was an insurance broker with Amwins Insurance Brokerage. Belinda enjoyed bowling and playing pool.

Belinda is survived by two sons, Jacob Skinner and Kyle Skinner; one grandchild, Hunter Skinner; three brothers, Ralph Burke, Michael Burke and Wilbur Moncrief.

In keeping with her wishes, Belinda was cremated, and a private memorial service will be planned at a later date.
