Christine Burkhalter Wilson

Christine Burkhalter Wilson, age 91 of Rome, passed away on April 8, 2015. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Rome. Ms. Wilson received an award from the Disabled American Veterans in the form of a crest that she was very proud of. Christine was preceded in death by her husband Bob Wilson; sisters, Marie Yarbrough and Sybil Simmons; brother, Ray Burkhalter.

She is survived by her daughter Rosemary Wilson; son David Wilson; grandchildren, Megan (Brandon) Laney, Ryne Wilson; sister, Eileen Robbs; brothers, Hiram Burkhalter, Fred (Ann) Burkhalter.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to 1N3.org in Christine's name.
