Dahyabhai D. Patel

Dahyabhai D. Patel, age 96 of Rome, GA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Dhurabhai Mathurbhai Patel and Kashiben Dhurabhai Patel. Mr. Patel was born on April 15, 1929 in Tajpura, India. in addition to his parents, Mr. Patel was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Mr. Patel is survived by his beloved wife, Lalita Patel, and their children: Tushar Patel (Jaimini), Kalpana Patel (Kalpesh), Nita Patel (Minesh), Heena Chokshi (Hetal). He was a devoted grandfather to eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Ceremonial Services to honor and celebrate the life of Mr. Patel will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Salmon Funeral Home. 

Dahyabhai will be remembered for his warmth, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to his family. His legacy of love and strength will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.
