Jody Marie Kamper

Jody Marie Kamper, age 71, of Rome, GA, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones on November 12, 2024. Jody was born on October 2, 1953, in San Angelo, Texas, 

Jody devoted her career to serving as a secretary for Massey Pest Control, where she contributed to the company’s success over several years. Her dedication and professionalism were respected by her colleagues and clients alike.

Known for her kind and welcoming nature, Jody had a special talent for making those around her feel at ease, often brightening the room with her great sense of humor. She cherished spending time with her family, particularly during the holidays, creating lasting memories that will be treasured by those she loved.

Jody is survived by her daughters: Gloria Ford, Charlotte Ford and her spouse, Tina and Amanda Gonyea; her twin brother, Bobby Kamper, Jr; and her grandchild, Georgie Ford. She was preceded in death by her beloved wife, Patricia Anne Ford; her parents, Robert Kamper, Sr. and Mavis Kamper; brother, Harold Kamper; and sister, Patricia Ann Kamper.

In keeping with her wishes, Jody will be cremated, and memorial services will be announced at a later date.
