Mary Leger Guidroz

Ms. Mary Leger Guidroz, age 76 of Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday October 25, 2022, at a local assisted living facility.

Ms. Guidroz was born on April 9, 1946, to the late Amos Leger and Mary Johnson Leger. In addition to her parents, she is preceeded in death by three sisters, Judy Harris, Shirley Leger, and an infant sister. Mary enjoyed reading, dancing, and decorating. She was full of life and never met a stranger. She loved everyone, especially her grandchildren. Ms. Guidroz was retired from Wellman Enterprises in Mississippi.

Survivors include her five sons, Orville “Dan” Fruge, Bobby Duhon, Allen Graham, Rick Duhon, and David “Doobie” Duhon; four daughters, Janey Oliver, Angela Kotowski, Sherry Fruge, and Jamie Duhon; two sisters, Melinda Smith and Betty Sepulveda; 22 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, Ms. Guidroz will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Mississippi.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to a Breast Cancer Awareness program of your choice.
