Nancy Carole Echols

Ms Nancy Carole Fowler Echols, age 73, of Rome, Georgia passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016.

Born in Atlanta December 6, 1942 and was a resident of Rome for the last thiry-six years.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents Elmer Augusta Fowler and Lillian Louise Stephens Fowler, her only brother Johnnie Elmer Fowler, a nephew James Alan Fowler, and grandson Anthony (Tony) Mathis.

Survivors include three daughters, Carole English Williams of Conyers, Cynthia Loraine Echols and Tina Louise Toney both of Rome, six grand-children, fourteen great-grand-children, and other family and friends.
