Neoma Bowers Vincent age 92, of Rome, passed away on Oct. 21, 2015. Neoma was born in Tate, Georgia on Oct. 3, 1923. Mrs. Vincent was preceded in death by her husband Ralph T. Vincent; son, Wayne Vincent; sister, Clara Wilkins; twin sister, Neola Mount.
Neoma is survived by her son Homer Curtis Vincent and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service on Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 at East View Cemetery with Rev. Harold Ingram officiating.
