Pamela Ann Warren, affectionately known as “Rosie” to her loved ones, died in Rome on August 16, 2026, at the age of 59.

Born on July 19, 1967, in Rome, Pamela was the devoted daughter of John R. Hudgins and the late Kathy Lee Hudgins. Throughout her life, she was cherished as a wonderful daughter, mother, Nana, and friend. Her warmth, sense of humor, and zest for life left a lasting mark on everyone she met. She was called “Nana” by her beloved grandchildren and “Rosie” by family and friends. She found special amusement in her nickname Rosie, a playful reference to The Jetsons, and delighted in sharing a laugh over it.

Pamela’s interests and passions were wide-ranging. She was as close to a master gardener as one could be, tending plants with care and enthusiasm. She found immense joy in cooking, often regarded as an amazing cook by all who enjoyed her skills in the kitchen. Her love for travel was evident, particularly her fondness for the beach—a place she visited whenever possible. Pamela was also an avid reader, nurturing a keen interest in historical literature and artifacts.

Among her proudest accomplishments was the meaningful time she spent with her children and grandchildren. In her final year and a half, she embraced life to the fullest—traveling, attending travel ball games, swimming in the pool, and cherishing precious moments with her grandchildren. Her dogs—Fiona, Lucy, and Ruby—were constant companions, providing her with companionship, joy, and purpose every day by keeping her active and connected to the world.

Pamela is survived by her children: Brittney (Charlie) Crider of Silver Creek, Haley (Matt) Fortune, Jackson (Kaitlin) Warren and Whitney and Kip Chandler of Rome; her cherished grandchildren: Wade, Owen, Graci, Gavyn, Heaven, Brooks, Parker, Hattie, and Marcus; her father, John R. (Cheryl) Hudgins of Centre, AL. She is also warmly remembered and loved by Jackie (Jeanine) Warren, . Pamela was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Lee Hudgins.

Those who knew Pamela describe her as an all-around wonderful person, known for her humor, kindness, and love for her family. She was divorced, yet maintained a circle of deep and enduring relationships throughout her life.

A Celebration of Life and Inurnment will be held in her honor at a later date. As soon as the service details are finalized they will be announced here.

Pamela Ann Warren’s dedication, generosity, and spirited nature will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
