Robert 'Rob' Burton Parker

Mr. Robert ‘Rob’ Burton Parker, age 54, of Marietta, GA, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023. Mr. Parker was born on October 26, 1968 in Spokane, WA to his loving parents, the late Richard Dekle Parker and Candy Driver Howard of Enumclaw, WA.

After graduating high school Rob joined the United States Air Force and served faithfully. Following his military service, Rob worked in the landscape design industry as both an owner/operator of Timberline Designs as well as working for other firms in the area with his final place of employment being Kennesaw State University. Rob enjoyed spending time with his family and time in the outdoors, one of his cherished accomplishments was guiding both his sons to the rank of Eagle Scout. His other passions were playing golf and he was a fervent Georgia Bulldog fan.

Rob is survived by his sons, Reid Parker of Tulsa, OK; Garrett Parker of Rome, GA; mother, Candy Howard of Enumclaw, WA; older brother, Rich Parker of Roy, WA. Rob was preceded in death by his father, Richard Parker Sr.

In keeping with the families wishes, Rob will be cremated.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial donations be made to Boy Scouts of America.
