Tenoch Sergio Carmona, a bright and joyful soul born on July 2, 2023, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away suddenly on March 29, 2026, at a local medical center in Cedartown. Though his young life was touched by the challenges of Cerebral Palsy, Tenoch's spirit was never defined or diminished by it. From the very beginning, he met life with a radiant smile that could light up any room and a heart eager to bring happiness to others.

Tenoch was truly a beacon of love and joy within his family, cherishing every moment spent with them. He was fiercely independent, illustrating a unique determination as he embraced play with unwavering enthusiasm. Rolling around and exploring a world of toys were some of his favorite ways to engage with those around him. Music was an especially profound passion for Tenoch; he delighted in playing his piano and responded to melodies with pure delight. His deep love for all kinds of music resonated as a thread weaving through his brief but meaningful life.

Born into a loving family, Tenoch is survived by his devoted parents, Victor Manuel Carmona, Jr., and Grey Hoover Carmona of Aragon, Georgia. His lively and supportive siblings: Marlin Daffron, Victor Carmona, StevieRay Carmona, Ginger Daffron and Isla Carmona stood alongside him through every step of his journey. His paternal grandmother, Bonnie Carmona of Rome, Georgia, provided nurturing care and affection, sharing in his joy and growth. Tenoch was also surrounded by loving aunts—Ashley Farhangi (John), Rosa Ponder, Dellfina Trotter and Shameika Sisson—along with numerous other family members and friends who all treasured his precious presence. Tenoch’s family lost his paternal grandfather, Victor Manuel Carmona, Sr., before his passing.

Though his time with us was heartbreakingly brief, Tenoch Sergio Carmona leaves a legacy of courage, love, and pure happiness. His infectious smile and joyous spirit will be remembered and cherished forever by all fortunate enough to know him. He taught everyone around him the true meaning of strength and joy, proving that even the smallest hearts can hold the largest loves. His memory lives on in the laughter of his family and the music that sang throughout his life.
